| First Impressions of the stadium, parking, ease of entry. | 9 | The DW is a modern stadium and parking on a Tuesday night was easy. The coach parked near to the away end and entry to the ground was straightforward. |
| Food & Drink, range, quality, price. | 8 | There was a van by the away end selling burgers, chips etc. The standard range of food & drink was available on the concourse with a separate bar serving alcohol. The bar had a fixed railings in place to provide an organised queuing system for when larger away followings are in attendance. |
| View from your seat, any poles in the way, obstructed view, seat broken? | 9 | We had the entire stand behind the goal with an unobstructed view. |
| Home team support, was it a library, good banter between the fans? | 7 | There were over 8000 home supporters in attendance who made some noise. Once the Dons were ahead the home support became restless whingeing about most of the ref’s decisions. There was minimal banter from them. |
| What were the stewards like, helpful and friendly or jobsworths? | 8 | The stewards were very friendly. |
| Toilet facilities, clean and well equipped with hot water, disgusting. | 7 | Clean and well maintained. |
| Ticket pricing, did the price reflect the facilities of the ground? | 10 | £20 for an adult, twenty’s plenty. |
| Ground facilities, half time service, did they let fans outside at halftime? | 6 | Fans weren’t allowed outside to smoke at half-time. No half-time entertainment. Please turn the volume down on the PA system. |
| Match atmosphere, did the Dons fans give good support? | 7 | 187 Dons fans made the trip on a Tuesday night, and they did their best to make some noise. We didn’t take the drum as the attendance would be low. Not a reflection on Wigan but it was a shame to see fans leaving mid second half to catch their last train home. |
| Ease of exit, did the carpark clear quickly, traffic around the stadium? | 8 | With most Wigan fans gone home we were on our way relatively quickly from the ground. |
