Our aim is to stay in contact with our members through multiple media channels. We hold regular meetings with the senior management of the Club, to discuss any issues or concerns the fans may have, we also assist the club with its Customer Charter highlighting the fans perspective into it, and we act as a sounding board when the club have issues that will involve the fans.
The MKDSA maintains relationships with the Football Supporters Federation and Level Playing Field (representing disabled fans). We have representatives on the Milton Keynes Supporters Board, and deal with supporters’ queries and complaints. Furthermore, we sponsor two awards at the end of season Player of the Year ceremony. We deal with regular requests from the press and media and arrange fan forums with the club.
