It was agreed that the previous committee meeting minutes were a true record and were ratified.
Matters Arising (not in the agenda)
Membership prices. It was agreed that the new annual membership prices will be £10 adult, £8 student and £5 16 year old's and under, from 1st January
Monthly draw. It was agreed that the monthly draw is suspended, as the committee is consulting with members on the options going forward.
Treasurer’s report.
As from the 13/10/2025, the current balance is £ 7,632.24. that including all our payment being made.
ie, Shopify £ 25.00.
Freeola £ 18.36
MFS leaflet/ cards £ 145.00.
TOTAL £ 188.36
And nothing going in , we Really need to do something sooner rather later ,
We still need to pay for the website which is £ 700.00 also the tickets office .
when are we going to put up the memberships prices.
Away travel
The committee agreed to subsidize the Salford away coach travel on 28th March with a 50% discount, subject to no international postponements.
Members Survey
It was agreed that JB circulate the draft members survey and comments will be returned by the end of the week, with a view to publish the survey shortly after. DB to check the best option from mail chimp, survey monkey and jot forms.
Web site proposals update
SF reported that while the new web site was operational, it hadn’t been signed off as there was the remaining functionality that needed to be transferred to the new website, which included away guides, Dons’ history and the constitution / minutes.
DB agreed to send a Freeola contact to JB, who would seek to terminate the old web site agreement.
Meeting with Neil Hart (NH) report
While NH refused a bucket collection, it was agreed to see if we could leaflet a match in the new year. It was also agreed the we use the current leaflet as a basis for some posters to be put up in the stadium, to see if we can confirm a date for the NH / Paul Warne event in March and to see if a date has been set for the fans forum.
SF had sent the MKDSA article for the November Red Dot issue and everyone should send him ideas for the December issue. Player questions had been sent to the Club’s commercial department and JB was awaiting a response.
Supporters Board update
It was agreed that MKDSA take up the option to invite Luke Chadwick to an event. DB has agreed to approach the club to see if this can be arranged.
Other SAs report
AN reported back to other L1 /L2 SAs. It was agreed to set the membership prices ss above and that these would still be below the average sampled. Everyone was invited to explore the links to see if there was anything MKDSA could incorporate from other SAs.
AOB
NO raised the issue of priority tickets and it was agreed that JB would ask the club to bring in a points system.
SF raised the Dons Action initiative to get a discount at a local sports bar. It was agreed that JB approach the British Legion to see if they would do likewise.
DB said that he was discussing with the Dons Trust how MKDSA could support Junior Dons in schools.
It was agreed that MKDSA will support the club in it’s prostate and CEO sleep out initiatives, but couldn’t afford the £600 donation to sleep out.
