This weeks appointment has needed a bit of research as its been well over 3 years since we have brushed shoulders with Anthony Blackhouse from Cumbria. It was a cold wet trip down to Forest Green Rovers in a 1st Round tie of the League Cup on August 8th, 2017 where a 25 yard stunning strike by Gboly Ariyibi in the 110th minute decided the game in our favour, when the game looked to be heading for penalties.
The starting line-up that day sees that only Lee Nicholls remains at SMK today, plus Dean Lewington and Kieran Agard on the bench.
Mr Blackhouse has taken charge of 23 games this year dishing out a healthy 76 yellows and 2 reds, he has also been on 4th official duties on 13 occasions.
Ref Blackwood is assisted by Richard Woodward and Ian Smedley on the flags, with Paul Graham attending to the 4th official role.
