The AGM will be held on Wednesday August 16th 2023 at 6-15pm, within the deadline set out in our constitution, as announced on Sunday July 16th 2023.
Applications to stand for any position on the committee must be with the Secretary by midnight on Wednesday August 2nd 2023, but they will only be accepted from renewing members (again as per the constituion). The window for new members applying closed on Sunday July 16th 2023, when the AGM was announced on our website.

In summary, if you wish to stand for the committee, vote, or nominate you must have been a member during the 22/23 season, and renewed that membership prior to the AGM being held on August 16th 2023.
Voting will also be allowed by Proxy; this can be done by emailing the Secretary before midnight on Monday 14th August 2023 to be recorded and checked for eligibility.
For those unable to attend the AGM and Fans Forum wishing to ask questions or those that feel uncomfortable asking questions when attending, we will happily take your questions via email to the Secretary and then present them on the evening. These will need to be submitted by midnight on Tueday August 15th 2023
