Stewart makes it Five

By The MKDSA Media Team

Just before the transfer window closed last night the Dons were able to fill their complete of loanees with the signing of centre-back of Anthony Stewart from the Scottish Dons.

The Dons fans will instantly recognise the 30 year old from his High Wycombe days as he was part of many Bucks Derby games.

Having only been at Aberdeen since the summer and being made captain their it makes this particular signing rather intriguing.

Stewart is approaching 350 career appearances so he undoubtedly brings experience. He was the heart of a stubbon defence that took him to two promotions from League Two into the Championship.

It’s likely he will go straight into the starting line-up on Saturday at Bristol and there’s just a outside possibility he could be made temporarily our captain.

Welcome to MK Dons Anthony lets hope you can help us in our quest to stay in League One.
