We take this opportunity to reflect on and remember the supporters we lost in 2022.
Yesterday the club held its annual remembrance of those no longer with us with a minute of applause before kick-off against Lincoln City.
We would to remember all of those lost but in particular three people who were special to us here at The MKDSA.
Rex Burton, a long-serving member of our committee, fought for the rights of our supporters with disabilities and stood his ground for what was right.
Harry Wilmin, was a young, up-and-coming sports reporter who covered the Dons with just the right amount of bias.
Lucy Dawson, in a short space of time she went from the family corner as a fan to becoming a force within the commercial department of the club.
The names scrolled passed and have faded but their memories won’t.
The families remain in our thoughts at this time.
