Its been a bit chilly in Milton Keynes overnight with the temperature at sunrise still only around -4c. Temperatures only predicted to rise above 0c after midday with a high around 2c at 2pm and by the 5pm back on or around freezing point again.
Not only is this is the first real test of the undersoil heating at StadiumMK since, well, for ages its going to be challenging for the supporters attending the game too.
Please wrap up well. Layers are the order of the day. In a poll amongst the media team we are looking at an average of three layers plus hats, scarves and gloves. You simply can’t have too many layers.
Take care on the footpaths and walkways around the ground and indeed the whole stadium area incase its still icy.
