By The MKDSA Media Team

MK Dons announced yesterday that after 3 years in his role Jon Goodman is stepping down.

Chairman Pete Winkelman speaking to MKDONS.COM saud “During Jon’s time with us, he has overseen a huge amount of change – change which has reset the aspirations and ambitions of the Academy and he certainly leaves it in a much better place than when he found it.”

Liam Sweeting has begun the process to recruit a successor told mkdons.com: “We are thankful to Jon for his work in managing the Academy through a period of change, and for the time and effort he has committed to the Club in his role. We wish him nothing but the best moving forwards.

“My focus now is on recruiting the best possible candidate to lead the Academy into this next chapter, and to ensure that the players, staff and parents have all the support they need through this period of transition.”

The MKDSA would like to also thank Jon for his service to the club and wish him well for the future.
