Well we waited a long time to see him but finally Mo Eisa took to the field on Tuesday for an 11 minute cameo appearance in the 2-0 win at The Valley as the Dons ended a five game losing run.
Dons fans had not seen him play since he went off injured in the 57th minute on Saturday 5th April when we hosted Sheffield Wednesday. His last Dons goal was against Shrewsbury at StadiumMK three days before his injury.
Mo tweeted on his first appearance this season his appreciation “Feels good to be back after so long, thank you all for the support! Back to winning ways, go again Saturday”
Liam Manning said ” Mo came through okay. Credit to the staff and to him- he’s stayed so positive the whole time and done more than what was asked of him. It’s fantastic to have him back involved but we have to be concious that it may take him a little bit of time to get back up to speed”
Its with great anticipation we await his first start and goal .
Could either happen this Saturday in Cheltenham ?
