REF WATCH BOLTON

By WhistleBlower

On Tuesday we have Chris Pollard from Suffolk which in our opinion is a respectable distance to travel to the game, so no complaints this week.

Mr Pollard has had 6 games so far this season booking 15 players, with no double yellows or red cards and just the 1 penalty awarded.

The 2019/20 season saw him breakthrough into EFL football and in that time, we have seen him just twice, both in EFL Trophy games. In September 2020 at home to Northampton Town in a game we won 3-1, the goals coming from Poole, Nombe and Sorinola after Mills had put the Cobblers in front. and again, in October 2021 when we beat Wycombe 2-1 also at home, Boateng and Jules with the goals.

Ref Pollard reffed 25 games last season booking 75 players and converted jut one of those to a double yellow, and no red cards, in addition he awarded 5 penalties.

He will be assisted by Adam Ricketts and Nick Cooper on the flags with Ollie Williams as the 4th Official.
