By The Snoop

The Snoop made the long journey to Morecambe to give us a review of this seaside club, and they go to the top of the table, first time for everything, I guess.

First Impressions of the stadium, parking, ease of entry.9The weather was for this visit to the Mazuma was a lot warmer than our previous trip last November. There’s parking on site and so the coach passengers had a short walk around the stadium. I’m told that the nearby pub has had a refit and the food there was good.
Food & Drink, range, quality, price.8The usual range of food and drink which was reasonably priced. The pies which are served with optional gravy were good. Lids off the soft drinks. Alcohol was available.
View from your seat, any poles in the way, obstructed view, seat broken?7We were in the usual area at the end of the main stand furthest away from the home terrace which is the only stand in the ground with seats. The view is good but if the allocated area was full some supporters at the back of the stand would struggle to see one corner of the pitch around the protruding gantry. Wheelchair users were located at the front of the stand with away fans
Home team support, was it a library, good banter between the fans?6The home terrace behind the goal had a drum but they weren’t making a lot of noise. There wasn’t any real exchange of banter.
What were the stewards like, helpful and friendly or jobsworths?6I found the stewards to be polite and pleasant. However, I’m told that some of our support experienced some issues at half time which resulted in ejections from the ground.
Toilet facilities, clean and well equipped with hot water, disgusting.8The toilets were clean, in good repair and there was hot water. A separate accessible toilet was in the same area on the concourse
Ticket pricing, did the price reflect the facilities of the ground?7I think I paid £25 for my adult ticket which is the same as last season.
Ground facilities, half time service, did they let fans outside at halftime?7Fans were allowed out to smoke. The concourse area was busy at half-time. Facilities overall were good.
Match atmosphere, did the Dons fans give good support?8The attendance was 3,995 with 279 Dons fans making the trip. The MK supporters made plenty of noise throughout with the assistance of the drum.
Ease of exit, did the carpark clear quickly, traffic around the stadium?9Exit from the ground and car park was quick with minimal congestion.
