We have had several people ask us about voting, nominations and standing for committee positions so we would like to clarify a few details.
The AGM will be held on Monday 12th September 2022 at 6-15pm, we realise this falls outside the constituted timeframe but this was to some degree out of our control as we were waiting for the club to agree to a date for a Fans Forum, so we are effectively 12 days late, but we hope you can understand the delay and the reasons given.
We have also had a minor problem with auditing our books, that forced us to stop taking online memberships whilst remedied, this I am pleased to say has been resolved and the payment links for membership are now open again on our website and I am pleased to say at the same rates as last season.
Applications to stand for any position on the committee must be with the Secretary by midnight August 29th but they will only be accepted from renewing members as the window for new members applying closed on August 12th, notification of the AGM was given on August 9th, and it was also brought to members attention on July 7th of the intention to hold an AGM.

In summary, if you wish to stand for the committee, vote, or nominate you must have been a member during the 21/22 season, and renewed that membership prior to the AGM being held on September 12th, 2022.
Voting will also be allowed by Proxy; this can be done by emailing the Secretary in good time to be recorded and checked for eligibility.
For those unable to attend the AGM and Fans Forum wishing to ask questions or those that feel uncomfortable asking questions when attending, we will happily take your questions via email to the Secretary and then present them on the evening.
