As the season unfolds, the Milton Keynes Dons Supporters Association (MKDSA) is thrilled to share an update on our initiatives and achievements thus far. Our commitment to enhancing the supporter experience and fostering community engagement remains at the forefront of our voluntary efforts. Resolving Access Issues to Our Website
One of our primary objectives this season has been to ensure all fans can easily access our online resources. We have successfully addressed various technical difficulties that were affecting website access, and we can now progress with improvements so that supporters can effortlessly find information on events, membership, matchday updates and meeting minutes. We aim to have these changes in place in the coming weeks. Our goal is to provide a seamless digital experience that keeps you informed and engaged. Family Fun Day
We recently had representation at the club’s successful Family Fun Day, bringing together supporters of all ages for a day filled with activities, games, and camaraderie. We were thrilled to see so many families come out and engage with us on a day of football-themed fun, strengthening the bonds within our supporter base.
Collaborating with the Supporters Board
Our collaboration with the Supporters Board is going to be instrumental in enhancing the matchday experience. The board are actively working with the club on improvements to ticketing processes and overall matchday experience. By gathering feedback from supporters, we aim to create a more enjoyable atmosphere on matchdays. Your input is invaluable, and we encourage all fans to share their thoughts as the club looks to refine these experiences.
Building Supporter Engagement and Membership
Engaging our supporters is at the heart of what we do. We are looking at new initiatives aimed at fostering deeper connections among fans, including meet-and-greet events, exclusive membership benefits, and more. Publishing Year-End Accounts
Transparency is crucial to our operations. We are in the process of finalising our year-end accounts, which were delayed due to several factors including the complexities involved in managing travel last season. We appreciate your patience as we ensure these documents accurately reflect our financial standing and the impact of our initiatives. Our commitment to transparency ensures that every supporter can see how their contributions are being utilised. We hope to be able to publish the final audited accounts in the coming weeks along with the meeting minutes from our 2024 AGM.
