| First Impressions of the stadium, parking, ease of entry. | 2 | Surrounded by tower blocks of flats, stadium is basic lego kit, over looking the away entrance resembles a prison yard which we were all kept in and not allowed entry until away team coach arrived and then when thoroughly searched and allowed through was kept in another confined area for some time tried to make as much disruption as possible. |

| View from your seat, any poles in the way, obstructed view, seat broken? | 2 | Stewards made you sit in the section your ticket was in if you was sat in corner you could hardly see anything, stewards in their masses obstructed your view from the game if you were sat in the main section you had the pleasure of sub booting balls at your head. |

| What were the stewards like, helpful and friendly or jobsworths? | 0 | Stewards were bullies and thought they ruled the stadium, no SIA cards or numbers on jackets and incorrect names given when asked, physically assaulted supporters and man handled supporters when they were thrown out luckily footage of this was recorded and then reported to EFL. |
| Toilet facilities, clean and well equipped with hot water, disgusting. | 1 | No hot water and disgusting conditions if you didn’t show a steward your ticket you weren’t allowed to the toilets. |
| Ticket pricing, did the price reflect the facilities of the ground? | 1 | Not really, could have been free of charge and still not reflected the stadiums facilities. |
| Ground facilities, half time service, did they let fans outside at halftime? | 2 | Fans were allowed into the main toilet and refreshment area at half time but again had issues with showing tickets when going back to seats for second half this caused a lot of fans a lot of distress. |
| Match atmosphere, did the Dons fans give good support? | 5 | We sold out our allocation and showed up and gave fantastic support (5), the home club were unprofessional from start to finish (0) |
| Ease of exit, did the carpark clear quickly, traffic around the stadium? | 1 | Held in the away area for quite sometime, even MK Dons directors were kept in! Caused a lot of tension and hostility as there were 4 coaches and a lot of supporters in a small space. |
