Chair to open meeting & welcome – any conflicts of interest
FV opened the meeting at 7:04pm

No conflicts of interest were declared.
Minutes of the last meeting
There were no matters arising from the minutes of the last meeting and these were proposed by AL and seconded by JoN
The minutes will be signed by the Chair and Secretary and in readiness for publication on our website.
Chair’s report – FV
The Chair thanked those in attendance.
There seems to be an issue with late communications being received from the club in relation to transfers. At times we have received emails after the news has already broken in the media or with just minutes prior to the club’s official press release, giving us little time to prepare our website articles which we would normally release just after the club’s official announcement. This has been raised with the media team and John Cove.
The Chair has expressed disappointment with regards to the engagement from SET and we are
not getting the exposure we expect for the funding we have invested this season. CF has mentioned that this was raised informally through dialogue. However, we will look to contact the club to have deeper discussions.
The Dons action new website is live, and several of the committee have registered in support.
The Chair has confirmed that we are working with the MK Fellas to promote their content, and as a supporter’s association, we will always look to support any groups with new content.
Secretary’s report – CF
GDPR training free online awareness courses will be available shortly. Free courses England details to be shared. This training gives you a recognized qualification. Details to be shared with FV, Al and KLY. Current documents – still need Jo and Jeff to sign for this season along with meeting minutes for Franco to sign. I will bring these to the match on Saturday 20th January. This year’s liability insurance for records please. Franco to share.
Travel insurance for match cancellations is being investigated should we continue with travel next season.
Treasurer’s report – JeN
We have now confirmed that the issues with Stripe log in are now resolved.
Travel invoices all paid and up to date.
JeN is working with AL on ebay sales and the increasing selling costs.
Vice Chair’s report – AL
Movember has been a success with £370 raised.
Special thanks to Jo and Jeff for their fantastic efforts drinking only water for a whole month.
Shop and Membership report – AL & KLY
Shop continuing to grow with new stock arriving.
Reminder of moving out of the shop for the Take That concert – Should condense into the first
aid cupboard.
Ebay sales under review with JeN
Moving towards Vinted for clothing sales going forward.
Disability Officers’ report – JoN and JeN
Club awaiting the level playing field report from the club.
Unite for action is 24/02 until 09/03 which doesn’t leave much time from the report dropping
until then to put things right.
Jo pushing for the disabled fans meeting.
Hospital radio Martin to be invited onto the live show. Date to be confirmed.
Jeff has mentioned the possibility of a “What to expect video” when arriving at the ground for disabilitiy users. This has been discussed with MK college where it has been suggested that the students could help with this for experience. Time scale – Around June 2024 according to the course leader.
We discussed the RNIB report with jeff has been involved with.
Jo is still awaiting a response to her letter to Morecambe around issues encountered on the day.
Community & EDI Officer’s report – CF
Thanks to Jo, jeff and Amanda for stepping in for the SET awards evening.
MK Set music project kicking off this month.
Prostate cancer event went well, and sincere thanks have been received from Jo Baker.

No items discussed as next meeting is not until February.
Any Other Business
Something to keep in mind is the next family fun day and what we would like to do?
Some thoughts for the next meeting on travel for 24/25 season and if we should create a survey for our customers on how they feel this season’s travel has been.
