New Year Day saw the Groundhopper visit South Yorkshire was to the Keep Moat but there was no celebration for the Dons.

| First Impressions of the stadium, parking, ease of entry. | 8 | Really easy access for coach parking and disability coach was no charge. Area outside the stadium was clean and well kept. Arrived at 1pm so plenty of room to disembark. |

Limited range of food steak pie and sausage rolls but not much else. Inside the away end the choice was better with chips also available. Price of a pint was a little cheaper than SMK. |
| View from your seat, any poles in the way, obstructed view, seat broken? | 5 | Seated to the left behind the goal with no obstructions for £20 a ticket it was fair value. No dedicated disability section with our supporters located behind the goal at the front of the stand and open to the elements and in the firing line of any shots that went past the post. |
| Home team support, was it a library, good banter between the fans? | 5 | Struggled to hear their support at times with limited banter. They upped the noise level the last 10 mins which helped lift the score. |
| What were the stewards like, helpful and friendly or jobsworths? | 5 | There were lots of them but they didn’t have much to do. I think they were expecting more of us for the amount they had stewarding the away end. |

| Match atmosphere, did the Dons fans give good support? | 4 | The 517 Dons were muted early on and struggled to get behind the team at times. The team performance frustrated many with some boos at the final whistle. |
| Ease of exit, did the carpark clear quickly, traffic around the stadium? | 7 | Coaches were parked close to the away so a quick exit was no problem. No real traffic hold ups in getting away from the stadium |
