28 Dawson Devoy

Devoy and Burns Out on Loan in First Squad Changes

The first two moves in building hid squad and with such a large squad it was fairly well understood they’d be more leavers than arrives.

Out first out was the totally anticipated Darragh Burns, the much touted young starlet, has sadly failed to either break into the squad or indeed establish himself as a contender for a place in several managers minds since his move here 18 months ago.

He joins Irish Champions Shamrock Rovers who start their season soon and his deal runs through to November. We wish Darragh the best of fortunes and hope this helps his career.

The second sees Dawson Devoy a join League One rival in what’s becoming a bit of a familiar pattern of MK players as Swindon seem to have us on speed dial when they need a player.

Dawson becomes a Swindon player until the end of the season and its expected he won’t be able to play for them on Sat 17th Feb when we arrive at the County Ground.

Good luck Dawson, we hope you get a good run as Swindon look to halt their slide down the league table.
