Accessibility At Mansfield

We have visited the One Call Stadium once previously but did not write a review of that visit, so this information is mainly from the Stag’s website.

Car Parking
There is very limited on-site Blue Badge parking. To reserve a space phone 01623 482482. Vehicles are charged £5 and spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis so it is important to ring asap if you want a space.

Seating Provisions
There are wheelchair spaces in the away end on a platform slightly raised from pitch level. Away wheelchair users (and we think their companions) get a free hot drink brought to them after the match starts. If it is raining you do get wet, so take your waterproofs. No details given about flat access seating. We would check this with either Dons Box Office staff or the Disability Liaison Officer at Mansfield (contact details below).

Audio Described Match Commentary
Available. To pre-book phone 01623 482482. To save you having to collect it and return it at the end, ask for it to be available to you in the away end and for you to be able to return it to a steward in the away end at the end of the game.

Official Away Travel
MKDSA are providing an accessible minibus to the game, £23 per seat, leaving the stadium at 10.45 am. There are at the time of writing (15/11) two wheelchair spaces available, but these will sell out, so you need to book early at https://www.tickettailor.com/events/mkdsa/1006317? Don’t wait till the match tickets go on sale as that might be too late. If you want to travel but want to pay for it later, email travelmkdsa@gmail.com to ask them to reserve your space.
