In very unsurprising news Graham Alexander has left MK Dons.
Football is a results business, and when you haven’t had a positive one in eight league games, it’s when not if is it going to happen.
He’s a nice guy, no question, but when you’re 2 up on 92 minutes and you only get a point, it magnifies the things that have previously gone on without seemingly seeing a change likely.
There hadn’t been enough positives in the 90 minutes to suggest things were changing from the previous games despite the two goal lead.
We’d like to give our thanks to Graham. You’re a nice bloke, but I think the players let you and themselves down.
Our fear now is that if we don’t get a replacement in very rapidly, we are going to face a far harder job of getting into a position where we can even consider talk of being promotion chasing.
