World Mental Health Day 2023

Life can be tough through no fault of your own. It’s important that we focus on looking after each other and remember that not everyone shows clear signs and symptoms when experiencing mental health concerns.

Today, we’d like everyone to take a moment to consider and reflect on World Mental Health Day. Think of the people around you.

It’s good to talk openly amongst your peer group, people who you can trust. Making that first step is often the hardest thing to do. You feel vulnerable and that no one understands. It’s OK to not be OK.

Locally. The Man Cave are doing great work with men’s mental health and meet every week in Central MK. Search them out.

Let’s look after ourselves by looking after each other. Make that first step TODAY. Tomorrow will never come.
