Accessibility at Accrington

Heres the guide for Dons fans with Accessibility needs who are travelling to Accrington.

New, relatively small away stand on the far side of the ground with good provisions for all. Be warned, though, it’s an “overcoat colder in Accy” even on warm days! Detailed guide for away fans at:-

Car Parking
Two Blue Badge spaces at the ground for away fans. £5 Must be pre-booked by ringing 01254 356950. Details of general parking in the guide above.

Accessible Seating Areas
Wheelchair spaces at pitch level in the away end. Good provision of easy access seating.

Accessible Toilet
Large accessible toilet at the back of the away stand.

Bottle tops
Previously stewards have insisted that tops were removed from water bottles before entering the ground. When asked, an exception was made for fans requiring water for medical reasons.

Audio Described Match Commentary
No evidence that this is available.

Coley’s Supporters Bar
Newly built bar that welcomes away supporters, which you find by turning left immediately in the ground and going as far as a small car park. Flat access with accessible toilet, immediately in front of the gents. Some high tables but standard height ones on the left. Drinks served in disposable glasses. Opens at 12.30. Your match ticket is scanned on entry.
