The MKDSA would like to wish MK Dons skipper, club legend, and all round nice bloke Dean Lewington a very happy 39th birthday.
Some will remember Deans first career appearance as a very late substitute at Hillsborough and here we are twenty two years later with him just six appearances from being the player with the most single club appearances in football league history.
Lewi continues to be a role model to young fans and indeed young players at the club, playing alongside people who weren’t even born when he made his first professional start. He answers his clubs call in their hour of need as a stand in manager and leads by example.
