League Two Taking Shape

As at the time of publication there are twenty teams confirmed to be in League Two next season:

The 15 teams who weren’t involved in the promotion battle or relegated to the National League: AFC Wimbledon, Barrow, Colchester United, Crawley Town, Crewe Alexandra, Doncaster Rovers, Gilligham, Grimsby Town, Harrogate Town, Mansfield Town, Newport County, Sutton United, Swindon Town, Tranmere Rovers, Walsall.

The four relegated teams from League One: Accrington Stanley, Forest Green Rovers, MK Dons and Morecambe.

The winners of the National League: Wrexham

To be decided are the remaining four sides. Three will remain from the League Two play-offs and the National League play-off final.

Chesterfield face Notts County at Wembley at 330pm today, with the winner joining League Two before the Eurovision Song Contest starts (topical).

Tonight at 7.45pm the League two play-offs begin with Salford City hosting Stockport County with Bradford City playing Carlisle United at 7pm on Sunday evening. The return legs are both on Saturday 20th May. The Final is on Sunday 28th at Wembley with the defeated side becomming the 24th side in League Two next season.
