Dons Exit Papa John’s

By The MKDSA Media Team

MK Dons lost 4-1 at the Memorial Stadium Bristol last night in Dean Lewington’s second debut as a stand-in manager last night.

Mr MK made nine changes to the side that went down 1-2 at home to Fleetwood on Saturday that ended up with the departure of Liam Manning. Those changes couldn’t deliver, which really was no surpirse because as a collective they’ve not delivered all season.

The game went ahead after a pitch inspection and temperatures were around freezing at kickoff and it didnt get any better than that as the Dons put on a rather dismal performance.

A very small away following at the game were made to suffer as error after error left us 4-0 down before Eisa got the consulation of a penalty. It was all too little to late even with them down to 10 men.

Bristol had four shots on target and scored four goals, we had a similar shots on target ….its a massive problem when you consider we had 57% of the ball and just do nothing productive with it.

A very disappointing end to what could have been our best hope of salvaging something out a very disappointing season.

Is it May 6th yet ?
