The man in the middle for our final Papa Johns Trophy game at the Bescot is Scott Tallis …no us neither. He’s not on the list of either The EFL National match refereees or assistant referees on the EFL website
Mr Tallis has mainly been seen in the National League or doing Premier League 2 games this season so perhaps he’s being broken in gently.
His highest level appointment this season we can find record of is as a fourth official for the League One game in August between Bristol Rovers and Oxford after that he was also a fourth official in the Northampton v Cambridge UTD game in this very competition.
Previously he did a FA Cup First Round game at Fratton Park in November 2021.
Scott Tallis is joined by Assistant Referees Christopher Ward and Kevin Morris and the Fourth Official is Dean Watson.
