Jordan Graham pulled the scores level from the spot after O’Hora had handled in the box. Vadaine Oliver made it 2-1 just before halftime seizing on a poor defensive header from Surman, but O’Hora redeemed himself converting an Ethan Laird low cross six minutes into injury time. The Gills took the lead and ultimately scored the winner when the Dons defence failed to deal with a long throw and Connor Ogilvie converted.
Mr Purkiss has reffed 24 games this season booking 88 players, converting just one of those to a double yellow offence. In addition, he has sent 3 players off and awarded a rather worrying 8 penalties.
Ref Purkiss will be assisted by Anthony Da Costa and Chris Kidd on the flags with Paul Howard as the 4th Official.
