THE MANAGER – Keith Curle, aged 56 and born in Bristol.

Dean Austin was the manager, but he was replaced by Keith Curle on October 1st 2018 shortly before our meeting at Stadium MK, Austin was sacked after the 4-0 defeat to Mansfield, so that makes Curle the 6th manager at Northampton since May 2016.

His managerial career spans nearly 20 years with appointments at Mansfield, Chester City, Torquay, Notts County, Carlisle and now the Cobblers. His full stats are as follows, GAMES 521, WON 198, DRAWN 139, LOST 184, giving him a WIN RATIO of 38 %, but that jumps to 41% in his time at Northampton.
