In MK Dons’ 500th competitive game, Northampton’s Ishmel Demontagnac was shown a straight red card for kicking out at Dele Alli. A Patrick Bamford volley, 7 minutes after the half time break put Karl Robinsons side one nil to the good. Only 6 minutes later, Dele Alli, put MK Dons further ahead to double the lead.

A clean sheet, 2 goals scored and a win over local rivals all on MK Dons’ 500th game….it could not get better.
