Who are we?

WHY DO WE EXIST

We exist to help and assist our members and all MK Dons fans, by being their voice to help get the most out of their relationship with the club. We strive to give as much information as possible to make your matchday experience an enjoyable one, along with the aim to assist and give help and advice when things do not go to plan. We act as a conduit between the club, our members and fans and are committed to continue that relationship in the best capacity we can.

Our informative website aims to keep you up to date with all things MK Dons, and we want to make it the first place you look when searching for the information you desire, be it for ticket and travel info, match reports, fixtures or simply where to eat and drink when following the Dons away from home. We have incorporated into our website the superb MK Dons Archive charting the history of our club since the very beginning. We hope you find it a fascinating read, with results and info since 2004. Every programme and squad photo. So if you have an hour or two on the way to a game, it’s the perfect read for any Dons fan.

Our aim, is to stay in contact with our members through multiple media channels. We hold regular meetings with the senior management of the Club, to discuss any issues or concerns the fans may have, we also assist the club with its Customer Charter highlighting the fans perspective into it, and we act as a sounding board when the club have issues that will involve the fans.

The MKDSA maintains relationships with the Football Supporters Federation and Level Playing Field (representing disabled fans). We have representatives on the Milton Keynes Supporters Board, and deal with supporters’ queries and complaints. Furthermore, we sponsor two awards at the end of season Player of the Year ceremony. We deal with regular requests from the press and media and arrange fan forums with the club.

We have in the past run many social events such as FIFA nights, quiz nights, and many other events to raise money for charitable causes such as the Changing Places Project that raised £12,000 for a world class facility within the stadium, and in the future we plan to hold similar types of events.

More recently, the MKDSA committee donated three widescreen TV’s to Lewington’s, and we have plans to build on this for the future with the MKDSA working with the club to improve this facility. We hold monthly meetings of the MKDSA via zoom or in person, as well as regular group chats on social media platforms.

The MKDSA run a Facebook page, a YouTube channel and give regular updates on Twitter.

THE ARCHIVE – HISTORY IN THE MAKING

Milton Keynes Dons are one of the most controversial football clubs in recent history and consequently, have been the subject of constant interest from media publications and social networking websites. The reporting and discussion of the club since its formation in 2004 has been tainted by inaccuracies and assumptions and often this is simply down to a lack of research or access to all the facts. So, to ensure that there is a place where all the true facts about what has happened since 2004 can easily be found the Milton Keynes Dons Supporters Association have set up this archive. We hope that you will enjoy what you find in it and, as the title says, it’s History in the Making, and work on the archive is being constantly updated. So, if you have any mementoes or memories – or anything else – about the MK Dons, or would like to help us, we would love to hear from you, contact the Archive Manager at archivemkdsa@yahoo.com To get started just click on the link below … and we hope you enjoy it.
