Adam Chicksen is truly one of our
own. He was born in Milton Keynes
on 27 September 1991, attended
St Paul’s Catholic School and is a
graduate of the MK Dons Academy,
joining as a 14-year-old in July 2006
and graduating in 2010.

His first game for the Dons first team
was away at Leicester in August 2008
but he didn’t score his first goal until
13 November 2012 in the Dons’ 6-1
FA Cup first round replay victory over
Cambridge City. However, the pitch
invasion which had long been promised
by the fans as part of their chant failed to materialise.

Adam made 92 appearances in total for the Dons, scoring three goals –the other two in the space of just one week, against Carlisle on 23 February 2013 and Preston on 2 March.

He left the Dons in the summer of 2013 to join Brighton and Hove Albion on a free transfer.
