Last committee meeting minutes were ratified as a true record.
There were no matters arising.
Treasurer’s report
BP reported that we had £6,067.24 in the bank. He said Lloyds Bank had changed our account to a Community account, reducing charges from £8.50 to £4.25. However he was concerned about a £1.80 transaction charge and it was agreed that BP / JB go to the branch to see if this can be improved.
It was also agreed that SF sent list of new members to DB, who would issue welcome letters.
Stadium Recruitment drive
JB presented MKDSA t-shirts and also confirmed that he had bought clipboards, pens and paper. He said the plinth should arrive Wednesday and DB said the we could use the table with items from MKDSA stock. JB said that he couldn’t get new leaflets as PW wasn’t confirmed, but would see what he could do with the existing leaflets.
Tiered membership proposal update
It was agreed that SF will post new membership prices on the web site, while the tiered membership proposal will, once confirmed, go to the AGM.
The new prices from 1st April are as follows: Adults £10, Junior (Under 18s) £5, with no other options. It was also agreed to put two optional donations on the web site - £10 and £20.
Web site / Social media
It was agreed to have more log in people and SF agreed to upload missing approved minutes. DB said that our history information was on a CD.
Proposed Constitution documents
It was agreed to have the April meeting to agree AGM planning and constitution documents.
Supporters Board update
Report - JB gave report and DB agreed to contact the club to clear MKDSA stock as much as possible and agree what can be transferred to a new location.
Vacancy - It was agreed that SF will be one of the MKDSA representatives to the Supporters Board and BP will deputies when either JB or SF can’t make the meeting. JB to inform Supporters Board secretary.
AOB - It was agreed that SF will contact Dons Action to see if we can organize a joint event in Lewington's. This could include sofa conversations with players, if it was organized a day before a home game.
