Appointment of Auditor
It is usual for a motion to accept an auditor for the next accounting year to be presented at the AGM.
In light of recent changes to the MKDSA committee, this motion authorises the newly appointed Treasurer to review the continued engagement of the current auditors, Hickeson Boyce. The Treasurer may consider alternative auditors who meet the requirements of Clause 7.15, if it is determined that doing so would better serve the interests of the MKDSA.

Allocation of Away Travel Profits
I, Gordon Wylie move to motion and Second by John Brockwell that members consider and vote on under clause 4.8 of the constitution.
We seek approval from members to instruct the new MKDSA Committee to expend by the close of 2025-2026 annual accounting period the surplus profits from the MKDSA Away Travel. As the MKDSA Away Travel has now ceased our understanding is, that in line with GDPR, the individual records of travellers have been expunged therefore it is impossible to work pro rata rebates. The MKDSA Away Travel was open to both members and non-members therefore this motion seeks to be inclusive of the entire MK Dons supporter base in line with 2.2 of the MKDSA constitution.
It is proposed MKDSA expend all monies via one of three options via vote at MKDSA AGM on 25th June 2025. Members are asked to cast their vote for their preferred option, with option obtaining largest number of votes being the members instruction to elected MKDSA management committee.
Option 1
• Support Community Projects – Not Exceeding £350
• Support Other Supporters Groups that directly supports any MK DONS promotional activity – not exceeding £350
• Transfer but not exceeding £300 to main balance sheet for normal MKDSA operations.
• To provide subsidies and/or to provide free coach travel during 2025-26 league 2 season.
• Should Points 1 and 2 not be fully expended by 31st March 2026, then the balance of these monies would be transferred to further subsidies on away travel.
Option 2
• All Monies are used for away travel subsidies and/or to provide free coach travel during 2025-26 league 2 season.
Option 3
• Transfer all money to main balance sheet for normal MKDSA operations.
